Valium is a benzodiazepine that is used to treat anxiety disorder, muscle spasms, and serious cases of alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Serious Side Effects

• Hallucinations, Confusion, Unusual Thoughts , Thoughts of Suicide or Self-

Harm – If you are having unusual thoughts, auditory or even visual hallucinations, confusion, or know someone who is, then you may want to make sure that you have someone take you or the person to an urgent care center.

• No Fear of Danger, Hyper-Activity, Agitation, Aggression, Hostility – If you are a loved one is experiencing one or all of the symptoms, it could be a sign of worse things to come.

Less Serious Side effects

These are some less serious side effects that you may be experiencing. Traditionally, these are side effects are usually not indicators of anything serious – rather, they are common side effects. If these symptoms persist for an extended period of time, however, it may be necessary to seek urgent or emergency care.

These side effects include, but are not limited to: drowsiness, drooling or dry mouth, blurred vision, double-vision, loss of interest in sex, nausea, constipation, memory issues, mild skin rash, mild itching, slight dizziness, constant spinning sensations, and a constant tired feeling.
